We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 10-year workmanship warranty on all residential and commercial roofing jobs. When Do You Need to Pay, and What Happens If You Don’t?
For most roof replacements and installations, we require a 30% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job, before we hand over final paperwork. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If you’re late on a payment by more than 15 days, we may pause work or place a lien on your property. You can cancel any scheduled work up to 48 hours before the start date with no penalty.
